Online TV/Film Masterclass with Top Casting Director Stacey Rice! This class is for actors 16+ and it will be held online via Zoom. This will be a live interactive class where you will have a Q&A and you will be able to perform and get feedback from Stacey. You will be able to download the recordings of your performances for educational purposes only. You can also share your headshot, resume, and acting reel(s) with Stacey for feedback and instruction only. All materials will remain under the studio’s control and will not be used for casting, employment, or representation purposes.
Stacey Rice is a Los Angeles-based Casting Director with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, she was nominated for an Artios Award for casting FANCY DANCE (Apple, 2025), which premiered at Sundance and stars Lily Gladstone. In 2024, she won an Artios Award alongside Angelique Midthunder for the groundbreaking casting of FX Networks RESERVATION DOGS and was also nominated in 2018 for her work on WIRELESS (Quibi). Rice is the daughter of an enrolled Tuscarora and passionate about Native culture and storytelling. She champions independent filmmakers and prides herself on maintaining lifelong working relationships with collaborators in the industry. Notable casting credits include the Emmy-nominated series EUPHORIA (HBO) and AMERICAN CRIME (ABC), as well as THE LOWDOWN (FX), MaXXXine (A24), REZ BALL (Netflix) and most recently the ROSEMEAD starring Lucy Liu, which premiered at Tribeca. Rice has a keen eye for up and coming actors, writers and directors. She has enjoyed working with several notable directors including Sterlin Harjo, Ti West, Terrence Malick, Kyle Mooney & Justin Lin. Stacey is a proud member of the Casting Society of America and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
