Designed for all backgrounds, all beliefs, and all levels of creativity —stay inside where it's cozy, this beginner-friendly Winter Holiday Watercolor Painting class invites you to unwind, connect, and create something meaningful. Take a moment just for yourself to breathe: savor the beauty of the season- learn how to paint the holiday lights, the decorations on the door, the snow!
Guided by a professional NYC artist, you’ll learn to design and handcraft beautiful, personalized winter cards using watercolor, collage, drawing, and mixed-media techniques. Whether your inspiration is seasonal nature, kindness, gratitude, or the magic of togetherness, you’ll leave with a unique set of cards that reflect your spirit of the season.
In this relaxing and inspiring workshop, you will:
- Learn simple, creative techniques for designing unique art — no experience needed!
- Experiment with watercolor washes, texture, color, and mixed-media layering
- Create beautiful, one-of-a-kind cards to share with friends, family, or keep for yourself
- Enjoy a calming, welcoming atmosphere with community, laughter, and creativity

Art Class Materials:
Materials are not included.
For Watercolor you will need:
- Watercolor Paper (any size you prefer and preferably at least 140 lbs),
- Watercolor Paint Set (Watercolor Pan sets are great for beginners),
- Paint Palette or Plate where you can mix your paint
- Watercolor Brushes (2 rounds and 2 flats- such as 4s and 12s which are big and small varieties),
- cup/jar for water,
- Painter's Masking Tape such as Frog Tape
- Pencil and sharpener
- Eraser- white vinyl or kneaded is fine
- Optional: Any thin water-resistant black or white pens such as Micron Ink Pens, Acrylic Paint Pens, Gelly Roll, Sharpie
- Optional: Masking Fluid -not needed for short courses
