Spatial Awareness: How to Interact With and Take Up Your Own Space (Live Online)

This workshop will help you connect your self with your environment and give you tools for understanding how you move through and relate to space. We will explore how finding a spatial perspective can bring more awareness to your sense of yourself. This expanded awareness is useful for performers on stage and in rehearsal, teaching in classroom management, and in overall posture and functioning.
