The FIRST segment of the comprehensive High Beginner level five-course series designed for Spanish high beginners.
This course is ideal for individuals who have completed Spanish Beginner 5 level or similar. Here's an overview of the topics covered in High Beginner 1:
- COMMUNICATION: Talk about habits and difficulties, duration, make recommendations, describe feelings, motivation, talk and relate past events.
- GRAMMAR: Present of regular verbs and irregular verbs, reflexive verbs, form and use of the preterit, markers to express the past, preposition desde, durante y hasta.
- VOCABULARY: sentirse ridículo/-a, seguro/-a, inseguro/-a, professions, alphabet, movies, biographies. Next level: Spanish High Beginner 2 or greater.

- Materials are not included in tuition.
- Classes that fall on any of the holidays will be extended one week.
