This course will introduce the fundamental concepts and features of QuickBooks Online. It covers the essential daily tasks an administrator performs to manage customer, vendor, employee, and banking activities for a business using the Intuit QuickBooks Online cloud-based platform. This introductory level course guides you through creating a new company file, adding customers and vendors to your system, managing bills and creating customer invoices, recording financial transactions, and monitoring your bank accounts and banking transactions within QuickBooks.
Version Note: This course is specifically for QuickBooks Online users who access the software through cloud-based web interfaces. QuickBooks Desktop, which is installed directly on the computer, operates differently. QuickBooks Desktop users should instead take the QuickBooks Desktop Introduction course.
