  • The program investigates the skills needed to manage finances, human resources, and technology within the federal workplace, providing a broad understanding of federal guidelines and real expectations for managers.
  • Participants will explore how influence can be utilized by leaders to increase the likelihood of success, including building relationships, using persuasion and negotiation, and forming partnerships and coalitions.
