  • Recognize the importance of sensory awareness and how applying our senses can deepen engagement and understanding.
  • Explore the theoretical foundations of olfactory heritage—its practices, methods, and relevance to cultural heritage.
  • Understand the cultural significance of scent and its vital role in shaping and sustaining our collective heritage.

Sensory Materials: Participants will receive a short list of easy to find materials to purchase or pull from their kitchen cabinets in preparation for the course.
