Students will learn basic chords while developing proper technique in the left and right hands. As the class progresses, they will learn chord progressions that may be applied in a variety of contexts, from pop music to traditional Irish music.
Students will also learn how to tune the guitar, use a capo, and change strings. This class will use standard tuning (EADGBE).
