The Cibo e Benessere program offers students an opportunity to examine the meaningful relationship between food choices and overall well-being through substantive discussion conducted entirely in Italian. Facilitated by an individual with genuine expertise and deep passion for food and wellness topics (rather than traditional academic credentials), this course examines the daily practices, cultural customs, and intentional selections that influence how we approach nourishment. Class participants will engage in thoughtful discussion surrounding the cultural significance, historical context, and individual meaning embedded in eating practices, while simultaneously considering how food contributes to our physical, mental, and emotional health.
