The beginner AutoCAD class teaches foundational drawing and modification methodologies for technical and professional drafting applications. You'll develop practical proficiency using AutoCAD to generate technical drawings for real-world construction, including both mechanical engineering and architectural design applications.
In the intermediate class, you will learn to create a basic 2D drawing in the AutoCAD software. You will start with the basic tools to create and edit a simple drawing, and then continue to develop those tools. More advanced tools are introduced throughout the course.
Note: This course is designed for PC users, and our in-person classes are PC-only. Mac users may attend online, but should be aware that the Mac AutoCAD graphic interface is different from the PC version, which is what the instructor uses and what the class focuses on.
