This course focuses on an important aspect of language development: the future tense and prepares you to discuss what lies ahead. You will develop competence with this essential verb tense while expanding your vocabulary and engaging in extended conversations with your classmates and instructor. Fundamental grammar rules are reinforced throughout, and you will learn how to apply new verb tenses in meaningful contexts. To make learning engaging and enjoyable, the course incorporates videos and music as interactive learning tools that reinforce key concepts.
Grammar Topics: Simple future tense; indirect object pronouns; the verb piacere and similar verbs; imperfect tense; distinctions between present perfect and imperfect tenses.
