    • Welcome back to Corporate Finance! In this opening session, we’ll revisit the key concepts from Corporate Finance Essentials and preview the advanced topics ahead. Think of this as your strategic launchpad for deepening your finance fluency.
  • Market Efficiency
    • Let’s explore one of modern finance’s foundational ideas: market efficiency. In this module, you’ll learn what it really means, why it matters, and how it shapes everything from pricing to investor behavior.
  • Bonds
    • Welcome to the world of fixed income. This module introduces you to the essentials of bond investing, key terms, types of bonds, and how to assess returns and risk. You'll develop the tools to understand debt markets with clarity.
  • Stocks
    • Time to think like a valuation analyst. This module dives into stock valuation through relative valuation methods, especially the use of multiples. You’ll learn what makes a stock “expensive” or “cheap,” and why context is everything.
  • Capital Structure
    • How should firms fund their projects? This module tackles the mix of debt and equity that companies use to grow, combining quantitative frameworks with strategic considerations to determine the optimal capital structure.
  • Dividend Policy
    • Why do some companies pay dividends while others don’t? In our final module, you’ll explore the rationale behind dividend decisions and the financial signals they send. It’s a topic where strategy, expectations, and capital management meet.
