You will learn how to decide when specifications are useful, create product requirements, evaluate specification quality, and use AI-assisted drafting with critical review. The path then moves into breaking complex features into small, testable tasks that are easier to implement and verify. You will practice decomposing work, identifying failure modes, correcting unclear tasks, and applying test-first workflows. In later courses, you will coordinate multi-task execution, manage checkpoints, run parallel development workflows, and create production documentation. The capstone brings these practices together as you build a recipe management application with meal planning and shopping list features.
