    • <p>In this track, explore the importance of ensuring legal and ethical compliance in hiring, strategically sourcing talent through diverse methods, and effectively managing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from recruitment and interviews to onboarding and employee integration, by applying federal laws, fostering inclusivity, and utilizing innovative recruitment channels.</p>
  • Learning and Development
    • <p>In this track, learn the importance of career development and training initiatives, assisting management with succession planning by providing relevant workforce data, and administering learning and development programs that support organizational goals.</p>
  • Total Rewards
    • <p>In this track, you will focus on managing and communicating comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition, to improve employee engagement and experience. This track will also cover promoting non-monetary rewards, implementing diverse benefit offerings like flexible work and amenities, and ensuring all programs remain compliant with U.S. federal regulations.</p>
  • Employee Engagement
    • <p>Explore evaluating and improving the employee lifecycle, supporting the rollout of engagement and wellness programs, and advancing performance management strategies to help achieve organizational goals. Additionally, learn the importance of facilitating performance and employment-related activities, such as coaching, corrective actions, and offboarding, to ensure organizational effectiveness and a positive workplace environment.</p>
  • Employee and Labor Relations
    • <p>Learn the importance of ensuring compliance with US federal laws and organizational policies regarding workplace health, safety, security, and privacy; promoting outreach and inclusivity; interpreting guidelines and procedures; resolving employee concerns through documentation and escalation; and fostering positive labor relations in both union and nonunion environments.
