Requirements Engineering

This track provides a foundation in Agile requirements engineering and testing. This track also covers story mapping, persona development, diagramming, and advanced testing strategies such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state transition testing.

Testing in Agile - Part 1

This track focuses on advanced Agile testing practices, covering test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, behavior-driven development (BDD), crafting BDD scenarios, acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), comprehensive test strategies, and risk-based testing. You will gain skills in writing robust unit tests, integrating automation, designing effective test cases, and prioritizing risk-based testing to ensure high-quality, reliable software in Agile environments.

Testing in Agile - Part 2

In this track, develop advanced skills in user story analysis, test charter creation, and experience-based testing. You will explore exploratory and checklist-based testing, refactoring test cases, and conducting effective code reviews. You will also cover static code analysis tools and techniques, enabling testers to identify defects, manage technical debt, and continuously improve code quality within Agile teams.

Test Automation

This track focuses on advanced test automation in Agile environments, covering data-driven and keyword-driven testing, comparative analysis of automation approaches, and strategies for optimizing automation levels to match deployment velocity. You will also cover overcoming automation challenges, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and balancing automated and manual testing to ensure robust, efficient, and scalable test suites that support rapid Agile delivery.

Deployment and Delivery

This track explores advanced continuous integration, continuous testing in deployment pipelines, and the fundamentals and benefits of service virtualization. You will gain expertise in optimizing CI workflows, implementing robust automated tests, and leveraging service virtualization to accelerate Agile delivery, enhance test coverage, and improve collaboration across teams.
