Coach Witzleben talks us through the process by which he listened to the great coaches in Cross Country in order to create his personal view on training. This talk will help all coaches to learn the importance of listening to all available information in order to help their athletes the most over their careers. He also shows his current training plan for his athletes at Buffalo to help coaches understand the adaptations he has made to his training over the years.
