The exercises in this course provide an opportunity to improve your athletes by filling some of the gaps in their coordination. The drills address fundamental movement patterns which can be found in all sports, and their rehearsal will assist your athletes to be more efficient in executing come competition time. Lastly, the movements will allow your athlete to develop resilience and explosiveness via the various volumes, intensities, and densities used in training.
