Building a system at a small school

I am going to share my experience and suggestions on how to develop and build a program in a small school setting.
We won the 1a State Championship in Delaware this past season with a roster size of 26 players and no JV with an outside the box approach.
Will discuss, the make up of our program, practice adjustments, scheme fits, and weekly scheduling.
