Indian wisdom has long viewed leadership as an inner discipline before it becomes an external role. At the centre of this course is the KABIL framework—a Hindi-Urdu term meaning "competent." Together, they form a dynamic approach to leadership as a living practice, blending deep philosophical insight with modern demands.
