    It was easy enough for any mid-management mind to comprehend. I was hoping to obtain more instructions on implementation, prompt writing, API's, and related programming necessary for back-end operations. A big part of marketing is also social media, which was not covered. I was introduced to some new ai companies that I did not know about and believe there are many others equally as important that went without mention. If businesses are to implement systems, it would be helpful to explain the mechanics involved. The presentations seemed like sales-pitches rather than intellectual pursuits.

    HORRIBLE! It was like an infomercial for a variety of AI tools. Learned absolutely ZERO. I'm so disappointed. The first course in this certification program was great. This was beyond terrible. I'm really surprised, edX. You should remove this immediately.
