Simulated Meeting Scenario:
Type: Requirements gathering
Horizon Travel Agency - Cloud Storage & Collaboration Requirements Discovery: Initial discovery meeting with Horizon Travel Agency to explore cloud file storage solutions as an alternative to their current solution. Discussion will focus on understanding their multi-office file sharing challenges and exploring AWS storage options.
How it Works:
Learners begin by reviewing the meeting scenario, the AI-powered attendees, and how their meeting performance will be evaluated. They then select a mode: Practice Mode provides real-time feedback and a visible task list, while Professional Mode offers a realistic, unguided challenge. In the meeting, learners ask questions, navigate stakeholder interactions, complete required tasks, and earn a performance score based on real-world meeting skills.
