Simulated Meeting Scenario:

Type: Requirements gathering

AnyCompany Notification System Modernization: AnyCompany, serving customers globally, is facing challenges with their current manual notification system that processes urgent system communications such as downtime etc across email, SMS, and voice channels. Their current process involves multiple disconnected systems, requiring manual template management and translations across multiple languages, resulting in slow delivery times and inconsistent tracking capabilities. With their development and operations team, they aim to modernize their notification infrastructure to achieve significant improvements in delivery time, automation of translation processes, and reduction of operational costs while maintaining compliance and high availability requirements.

How it Works:

Learners begin by reviewing the meeting scenario, the AI-powered attendees, and how their meeting performance will be evaluated. They then select a mode: Practice Mode provides real-time feedback and a visible task list, while Professional Mode offers a realistic, unguided challenge. In the meeting, learners ask questions, navigate stakeholder interactions, complete required tasks, and earn a performance score based on real-world meeting skills.
