Learners in this course will discover how to connect AWS DevOps Agent to their AWS Backup environment to automate root cause analysis of backup failures at scale. They will understand common failure causes -- such as missing IAM permissions, restrictive KMS key policies, reached quotas, or mid-job resource changes -- and how the agent autonomously diagnoses these issues by correlating signals across services, accounts, and Regions. By replacing hours of manual triage with minutes of automated investigation, teams can reduce exposure to data loss and focus on remediation rather than diagnosis.
