“AI-Enabled Supply Chain Management” provides a comprehensive overview of how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping global supply chains and transforming the way organizations plan, source, produce, deliver, and serve customers. Designed for supply chain professionals, managers, consultants, and students, this course explores both the strategic and practical applications of AI technologies across end-to-end supply chain operations.
Participants will begin by developing a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals, including the differences between Predictive AI, Generative AI, and the emerging field of Agentic AI. The course explains how organizations can leverage AI-driven technologies to improve visibility, automate decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and build more resilient supply chains.
