The objective of this training is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic importance of cybersecurity and its practical management. The training covers risk management, the development and implementation of information security policies, as well as the anticipation of and response to cyber threats. After completing the training, participants will be able to effectively manage their organization’s cybersecurity and respond quickly to evolving threat landscapes. The training is intended for individuals working in companies within warehouse logistics, retail, forwarding, or the media industry. Learning Outcomes

After completing the training, participants will be able to

Explain the strategic importance of cybersecurity and the key principles of cybersecurity risk management within their organization.
Analyze cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities affecting their organization and evaluate their potential business impact.
Develop and implement appropriate cybersecurity policies and response measures to strengthen organizational resilience and respond effectively to cyber incidents.
