Join this 30-minute aerobic cardio workout designed to elevate your heart rate in an enjoyable way while promoting cardiovascular endurance, cognitive skills, posture, balance, and mental health. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels with modifications available throughout the session. No equipment is required, but ensure your workout area is clear of obstacles, wear appropriate footwear for low-impact movements, and utilize seated or chair-supported variations if standing is uncomfortable.
