This course helps emerging women leaders build the strategic relationships needed to increase trust, credibility and influence across an organisation. Learners will explore networking, active listening, persuasion and power dynamics as practical tools for strengthening stakeholder relationships. The course focuses on moving beyond transactional relationship-building towards more intentional, trust-based influence. Learners will consider how to listen more effectively, understand stakeholder motivations, communicate persuasively and navigate difficult dynamics with professionalism and awareness.     • In this module, learners explore networking as a strategic leadership skill rather than a transactional activity. The module examines how to build meaningful professional relationships, create opportunities and strengthen visibility across business environments. Learners will consider how intentional networking can support career development, influence and long-term credibility. By the end of the module, learners will be able to approach networking with greater confidence and build relationships that support professional growth.
  • Communication Skills: Improve Your Active Listening Skills To Cultivate Trust, Rapport And Respect
    • In this module, learners focus on active listening as a foundation for trust, rapport and respect. The module explores how listening affects relationship quality, stakeholder confidence and leadership credibility. Learners will consider how to listen with attention, ask better questions and respond in ways that show understanding. By the end of the module, learners will be able to use active listening techniques to strengthen professional relationships and improve the quality of leadership conversations.
  • Leadership Skills: Master Persuasion And Influence Techniques To Get What You Want
    • In this module, learners examine persuasion and influence as essential leadership capabilities. The module explores how to communicate ideas, understand motivations, and gain support without relying on authority alone.
