This course helps emerging women leaders clarify who they are as leaders, where they want to grow and how they can contribute more strategically within an organisation. Learners will explore the foundations of women’s leadership, strategic prioritisation, leadership vision and career resilience as practical tools for building confidence and long-term direction.
