This course helps emerging women leaders communicate with greater confidence, authority and impact in professional settings. Learners will explore assertive communication, workplace body language, public speaking and concise pitch delivery as essential skills for building executive presence. The course focuses on helping learners express ideas clearly, manage communication dynamics, read non-verbal cues and present recommendations in ways that build credibility and influence. Learners will also strengthen their ability to stay composed, persuasive and professional in visible leadership moments. By the end of the course, learners will be able to communicate more assertively, demonstrate stronger executive presence and deliver clear, confident messages in conversations, presentations and stakeholder-facing situations.

  • Leadership Skills: Use Assertive Communication To Confidently Lead With Authority And Respect
    • In this module, learners explore how assertive communication supports confident and respectful leadership. The module examines how to express ideas clearly, set boundaries and communicate expectations without becoming passive or aggressive. Learners will consider how assertiveness can help women leaders strengthen authority, reduce ambiguity and build professional credibility. By the end of the module, learners will be able to use assertive communication techniques to lead conversations with greater confidence, clarity and respect.
  • Workplace Body Language: Understand The Science Of Behaviour To Build Confidence And Influence
    • In this module, learners examine how body language affects confidence, credibility, and influence in the workplace. The module introduces behavioural cues, non-verbal communication and practical techniques for improving leadership presence. Learners will consider how posture, expression, gesture and observation can shape how messages are received. By the end of the module, learners will be able to interpret key body language signals and adjust their own non-verbal communication to support stronger executive presence.
  • Communication Skills: Master The Art Of Public Speaking To Confidently Deliver Memorable Speeches
    • In this module, learners develop public speaking skills that support confident leadership communication. The module explores how to structure messages, engage an audience and deliver ideas with clarity and impact. Learners will consider how preparation, delivery and audience awareness can improve confidence in formal speaking situations. By the end of the module, learners will be able to prepare and deliver more effective speeches or presentations that strengthen visibility, credibility and professional influence.
  • Communication Skills: Deliver A Winning Pitch Concisely, Directly And Confidently
    • In this module, learners focus on concise and persuasive pitching as a leadership communication skill. The module explores how to organise ideas, communicate value, and present recommendations clearly under time pressure. Learners will consider how strong pitches help leaders gain support, influence decisions, and create momentum. By the end of the module, learners will be able to craft and deliver a focused pitch that communicates value directly, confidently, and persuasively.
