Learners explore the significance of team structure, leadership dynamics, and time management strategies such as time boxing. The module then delves into planning and estimation techniques, including the Definition of Done, Planning Poker, and financial tools for prioritizing backlog items. By the end of the module, learners will have a comprehensive understanding of how to initiate Agile projects effectively, align teams, and plan work based on value-driven and iterative delivery principles.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

This module explores the critical role of stakeholder engagement in Agile project success. It guides learners through identifying, classifying, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and deliver value. Emphasis is placed on continuous communication, value-driven planning, risk management, and early project activities like charters and wireframing. It then advances into schedule/cost performance forecasting and constraint balancing, before shifting to risk analysis, visualization, and continuous improvement practices. By the end, learners can integrate estimation, EVM metrics, risk sensing, and process optimization to improve flow, predictability, and value delivery.
