  • Agile Foundations and Core Principles

It covers an overview of the PMI-ACP certification, Agile frameworks and terminology, the roles and responsibilities within Agile teams, and the guiding philosophy of the Agile Manifesto. Learners will explore the four core values, the twelve principles of Agile software development, and how these principles influence team collaboration, communication, and delivery practices. By completing this module, learners will build a foundational understanding essential for applying Agile practices effectively in real-world projects.
  • Agile Stakeholder Management
    • This module focuses on the principles, practices, and techniques used to effectively manage and engage stakeholders in Agile projects. Learners will explore how to identify and prioritize stakeholders, foster collaboration, and maintain strong communication channels. The module also covers Agile approaches to requirements analysis, advocating for Agile adoption, managing expectations, and evaluating stakeholder satisfaction.
