What is the Premier Body Method: The Premier Body Method is a human movement education system, designed to teach and train the fundamentals of how the human physical body works, and how to train it properly at a high level.  It is used as a physical rehabilitative training system to help persons suffering from pain and injury. It is used as an injury prevention training system for athletes as well as health and fitness enthusiasts. It is also used as strength and conditioning introductory course for those looking to improve overall physical function and athletic performance.  We teach each other as human beings so many wonderful things such as reading, writing, math, science, language, history, and art, why not teach each other how to use the physical body correctly.  When you turn 16 you are not just given the keys to the car and told to go for a drive.  You first spend time learning how to operate that powerful machine so you can control and operate it effectively, thus reducing the risk of big problems.  The same can be, and is, true of our physical bodies.  Learning to drive and operate the human body machine helps tremendously in terms of not only reducing the risk of injury and wear and tear damage, but also helps your body heal for existing damage more effectively and improves overall function and physical performance.  It’s all about learning how to take care of the one body you are given in this life.
