“Techniques of Product Hand-Drawn Rendering” is a fundamental skills course essential for industrial design students. The primary objective of the course is to enable students with no prior experience in higher vocational education to quickly master the techniques of hand-drawn product visualization, ultimately enhancing their ability to effectively visualize products in a visual manner in the context of product design work. The knowledge objectives require students to understand hand-drawing tools, types of hand-drawing, principles of perspective, rules of light and shadow, marker strokes, and the correct steps for drawing products by hand. The ability objectives aim to enable students to acquire the skill of hand-drawing products and to develop certain abilities in product sketching and visual creation, allowing them to freely draw products by hand and use markers for shading, thereby creating a sense of three-dimensional space in the products. The quality objectives focus on strengthening students’ autonomy in acquiring hand-drawing skills, enhancing their ability to innovate in terms of form and space, improving their aesthetic standards, and instilling in them a meticulous and refined craftsmanship attitude and spirit during the process of hand-drawing.
