This course focuses on the core knowledge of pharmacokinetics, systematically explaining the internal turnover rules of drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion, and analyzing the meaning and calculation logic of various key parameters. The course combines practical scenarios such as new drug research and development, clinical drug administration, efficacy evaluation, and drug safety analysis to explain the practical application value of the discipline. At the same time, it reviews classic pharmacokinetic research models and basic analysis methods, building a complete knowledge framework. It helps students consolidate their professional theoretical foundation, master basic analysis skills, and adapt to professional learning in pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, biomedicine, and other related fields. It also lays a solid foundation for practical application in related positions.
