This course is designed to enhance essential soft skills for personal and professional growth. It covers four key blocks:● Understanding Soft Skills explores non-verbal communication, personality development, and the role of fitness in building soft skills.● Understanding the Self emphasizes self-reflection, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and learning ability.● Understanding the Other focuses on appreciating perspectives, coordination, managing diversity, and people skills.● Thinking Out of the Box develops creativity, critical thinking, decision-making, and future-oriented problem-solving.Learners will cultivate interpersonal, emotional, and cognitive skills, enabling effective engagement in diverse environments.
