Regulatory changes in both FAA and EASA training program requirements are placing increasing emphasis on Human Factors training. Several studies have indicated improvements in various operations such as dispatch reliability, use of official procedures and quality reporting are possible by adhering to HF concepts. Students will review Human Factor regulatory requirements, and learn the concepts behind ADAMS, STAMINA, and AMPOS.
