Build the governance and platform foundation for enterprise DevOps at scale by designing secure, standardized systems that support modern software delivery. In this course, you'll architect Azure DevOps organizational hierarchies with least-privilege access controls, configure projects, agent pools, and service connections, and implement governance practices aligned to SOX and ISO 27001 requirements. You'll design and enforce trunk-based branching strategies across GitHub Enterprise using branch protections, CODEOWNERS, and commit signing to standardize collaboration and release management. You'll also deploy and operate self-hosted, auto-scaling GitHub Actions runner fleets on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Terraform, enabling efficient CI/CD execution and improved runner utilization. Through hands-on exercises and practical scenarios, you'll complete a portfolio project documenting your enterprise platform governance strategy.
