I found the "Scaling STEM Education with NCSSM" course very practical for teacher professional development. The North Carolina School of Science and Math team explains STEM strategies clearly using YouTube videos that are easy to follow and rewatch. I liked how the content focuses on classroom-ready ideas that can be scaled for different learner needs, including students with SEND. The free access makes it valuable for teachers with limited PD budgets. My only suggestion would be more downloadable resources, but overall it’s an engaging, research-based course I would recommend to other educators looking to build STEM confidence.
