Classical Fitness Dance of Chinese Han & Tang Dynasties inherits the cultural connotation and performance style of classical dance in the Han and Tang dynasties, and integrates elements of traditional Chinese sports such as martial arts, Tai Chi and Qigong. In this course you will develop a better understanding of the classical dance culture back at the Han and Tang dynasties, and master the basic dance postures of ancient oriental women, which require the coordination of body and spirit, and the unity of Yi (mind), Qi (breath), Xing (figure) and Shen (spirit). This course consists of ten lessons providing you with targeted and effective exercises for specific parts and joints of the body. Besides, the sport physiology is applied to explain the fitness principles behind each movement, laying a scientific and theoretical foundation for this course. It is therefore in line with the physiological and psychological requirements of human body, and plays a positive role in promoting the physical and mental health of the individuals as well as the harmonious coexistence of human groups. While keeping fit, you can embrace the culture and charm of the classical Chinese dance.
