International Property Maintenance Code

The International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) course provides training designed to prepare municipal and county code officials for final proficiency testing through the International Code Council (ICC). During the course, participants receive specialized training focused on the development, maintenance, and continuing sustainability of property using the tools and resources established through the IPMC. Students are also provided with an in-depth understanding of all minimum standards regulations necessary to maintain quality of life specific to structures and property. The IPMC, established by the International Code Council (ICC), has been adopted throughout the United States and internationally. Once the course is completed participants will have met all requirements necessary to schedule and sit for final certification testing arranged through ICC. All exam fees associated with certification testing are collected by ICC once a testing date is arranged.
