ABOUT THE COURSE:Interaction of human behaviour in organisational settings has been gaining new momentum at the micro (individuals in organisations), meso (work groups), and macro (organisations in individuals) levels. The proposed course structure not only focuses on the basic Organisational Behaviour courses but incorporates the advanced parts of organisational behaviours like organisational citizenship behaviour, toxicity in the workplace, employee resilience/experience and DEI, etc. The number of disciplines like industrial/organisational psychology, sociology, management, and anthropology has influenced the course, hence it has wide coverage among UG/PG/Doctoral students of Commerce, Management, Social Sciences, and Industry Professionals etc. The main objective of the course (from basics to advanced) is to give a holistic map of Organisational Behaviour (OB) under one umbrella as per the needs of students/academia/industrythrough theoretical and practical implementations.INTENDED AUDIENCE:B.Com., M.Com., MBA or any other Disciplines (Pursing or Completed), Ph.D. Course Work Students, Academicians, and Working Professionals.PREREQUISITES: (+2) Examination Qualified StudentsINDUSTRY SUPPORT:This course would be beneficial for mid-level managers and senior executives in the industry and institutions.
