  • Introduction to Microsoft Power Platform
    • In this module, you will explore the core components of Microsoft Power Platform and how they support business solutions. You will also learn basic Dataverse concepts and how data connections can be used across Power Platform applications. This module sets expectations for how Power Apps can help organizations create simple applications and support business needs.
  • Create custom solutions for everyday problems
    • In this module, you will learn how Power Apps supports the creation of custom business solutions. This module introduces canvas apps and model-driven apps, including how they are built and customized with little or no code. You will focus on the key concepts behind choosing and using these app types for common business scenarios.
  • Build an automated solution
    • In this module, you will examine how Power Pages and Power Automate support business process solutions. This module covers how internal and external audiences can interact with data from Microsoft Dataverse or Dynamics 365. You will also learn how automated flows can support repeatable processes and simplify routine tasks.
  • Power BI
    • In this module, you will learn the basic concepts behind Power BI and how it supports data analysis and visualization. This module introduces reports, dashboards, and interactive visuals as ways to present business data. You will also explore how organizations use Power BI insights to support business decisions.
  • Power Virtual Agents
    • In this module, you will learn key chatbot concepts and how Power Virtual Agents can support customer engagement across channels. This module introduces the value and capabilities of chatbots for business scenarios. You will also explore how guided, no-code tools can be used to create bot solutions.
  • The practice exam
    • In this module, you will review the main concepts covered across the course and prepare for the certification exam. This module helps you revisit Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents at a high level. You will also use a practice exam to check your readiness.
