  • Explain how to search and use advanced filtering options.
  • Summarize the key features of a dashboard and explain how to interact with the data and export it.
  • Understand the basics of how to run reports.
  • Explain how to manually enter data and preview records.
  • Understand the options for manually data entry vs. automated data loads.
