(Aerolearn.com)-Human Factors-The Danger Zones

Good people make mistakes because they are influenced by their organization, workplace, tools, and environment to do so. This area of study focuses on the basic concepts of Human Factors in the aviation maintenance work arena using audio and video. The objective of this course is to introduce twelve common issues that influence humans to make mistakes. Additionally, the student will examine suggested error capture strategies called, “Safety Nets” which may prevent common errors from having tragic consequences.
