Intarsia Crochet is a method of colorwork that allows you to create larger sections of color without carrying your yarn. This technique is perfect for projects where there are localized sections of color that do not repeat, such as landscapes and pictorial or painterly designs. Some people find this form of colorwork to be a bit messy looking, and wish this technique produced neater results. Brenda has learned a new technique for creating more polished color transitions in this style of colorwork and wants to share it with you!
In this class you will not only learn the basics of Intarsia, but you will also see how very small changes in technique can greatly improve the clarity of the image you create.

This gorgeous pillow covering will help you to practice all the skills learned in this class, really cementing these techniques into your crochet repertoire. After teaching the basics of intarsia crochet, Brenda walks through the process of making the pillow, sharing many tips and tricks along the way.
