While Microsoft 365 online versions may offer free alternatives, the desktop versions with Copilot provide the optimal learning experience for creating sophisticated planning documents and professional dashboards. All Viva Insights activities include provided sample datasets to ensure you can practice these techniques immediately, regardless of your current access to internal organizational data.
