CREO Venture Validation and Scaling Course supports founders and early-stage venture teams in moving from customer discovery to validation, measurable progress, and growth. This course helps you understand customer needs, test market assumptions, track the right metrics, and make informed scaling decisions that support sustainable business development. This course is designed for startup founders, innovation teams, product managers, early-stage venture builders, and entrepreneurship programme participants who want to test customer needs, validate assumptions, set measurable goals, and prepare ventures for disciplined growth. Through this course, you will explore customer discovery, customer validation, product–market fit, KPIs, OKRs, goal setting, growth channels, conversion improvement, early hiring decisions, and strategic media positioning. By the end of the course you will learn how to validate demand, measure progress, reduce friction, and build the foundations for effective scaling.

Syllabus

  • From Customer Discovery to Measurable Validation
    • This module introduces the foundations of venture validation. Learners will explore how to understand customer needs, test assumptions in real markets, identify early signs of value, and begin using metrics and goals to guide decisions. The focus is on moving from ideas and assumptions toward evidence-based venture development.
  • Setting Direction and Preparing for Scale
    • This module focuses on how founders translate validation into focused execution. Learners will examine the difference between OKRs, KPIs, and goals, and how these tools help teams stay aligned. The module also introduces early hiring decisions and retention as important signals of whether a venture is ready to move closer to scale.
  • Growth, Conversion, and Market Visibility
    • This module explores how ventures grow after validation. Learners will examine growth channels, conversion improvement, marketing approaches, and media positioning. The focus is on making disciplined growth decisions, improving user journeys, and building credibility with customers, partners, and the wider market.
