CREO Social Intelligence Course helps you understand how people communicate beyond words and how to respond with greater sensitivity, timing, and social awareness in complex environments. This course is designed for professionals, managers, team members, founders, and leaders who want to improve communication, social awareness, judgement, and relationship management in complex workplace interactions. It is especially relevant for people who need to read subtle cues, manage conflict, collaborate across differences, and communicate with timing and tact. Through this course, you will explore how social intelligence is shaped by self-awareness, perception, context, emotional regulation, and behavioural choice. By the of this course you will learn how to read subtle cues, interpret unspoken meaning, navigate social complexity, and build stronger trust, cohesion, and influence in professional and everyday interactions.

Syllabus

  • Foundations of Social Savvy and Social Intelligence
    • This module introduces the meaning, structure, and value of social savvy as a core part of social intelligence. Learners will explore how social savvy differs from related concepts, how it connects to social skills, and how it operates through awareness, interpretation, timing, and action. The module also shows how social savvy can influence relationships, communication, leadership, and conflict management.
  • Psychological Foundations and Development of Social Savvy
    • This module explores how social savvy is shaped by psychology, upbringing, personality, experience, and life stages. Learners will examine the internal processes behind socially intelligent behaviour and understand how social savvy can be developed through reflection, practice, awareness, and careful attention to subtle social cues.
  • Barriers, Practice, and Social Transformation
    • This module focuses on the barriers that can limit social savvy and how learners can apply it in more complex situations. Learners will explore how fear, hesitation, unsafe environments, and expressive limitations can prevent social awareness from becoming effective action. The module also examines social savvy as a tool for transformation, inclusion, and ethical response in wider professional and community contexts.
