Design innovative, scalable, and highly available cloud database solutions

In this module, you’ll explore considerations for designing cloud database solutions, which correspond to section 1 of the Professional Cloud Database Engineer Exam Guide. In the Cymbal Group scenario you'll examine how a Professional Cloud Database Engineer (PCDBE) performs this role. You'll assess your skills by completing 12 diagnostic questions and explore approaches to help you answer complicated questions. As you review the answers to the diagnostic questions, you’ll identify resources to include in your study plan.

Manage a solution that can span multiple database technologies

In this module, you’ll explore database solutions that can span multiple technologies and review a Cymbal Group scenario to identify the types of tasks a Professional Cloud Database Engineer would perform in this role.
