Jocelyn Davis is a good instructor in the course Leading with Power Skills: Emotions & Emotional Intelligence. I can easily understand the way she speaks because her explanations are clear, simple, and not overly complicated. She uses straightforward and accessible language, especially when explaining concepts, which makes it easier to follow. I also like how she gives real-life examples, because they help me understand the context better and relate the lessons to actual situations.

Well, it's good for beginners, but most of the questions in the knowledge check were repetitive. But personally, it was a good session

Great course, very easy to follow. I appreciate the ease at which this course is offered. I needed some extra hours for my license and this was a great course to take.
-
The content was well organized and easy to understand. Some of the quizzes had answers that required multiple selections but would only allow you to select one item.
-
The instructor was good and the additional readings are appreciated. I didn't always like the exam styles, especially not knowing what questions were missed and sometimes I felt they referenced an upcoming section rather than the one we covered.

Very Interesting & worth taking Course. I got to know a lot of different aspects regarding emotional intelligence and got to know deep down about emotional intelligence. The instructor delivered the content in a friendly and easy way . I didn`t have any idea about emotional intelligence except a word but now I know alot about it .

I loved the stories the instructor told to help us retain and understand the material. I do wish the powerpoint presentations were available as downloads throughout the course.
